One day a man came to a wide river bank to attain enlightenment. He pondered for hours on how to cross such a wide barrier while staring hopelessly at the great obstacle in front of him. While he was to give up his pursuit he saw a great teacher on the side of the river. The man yelled over to the teacher, "Oh wise one, can you tell me how to get to the other side of this river I am in a search of enlightenment?" The teacher pondered for a moment and yelled back, "My son, you are already on the other side."         -A Lighter Side of Buddhism

People wander, physically and mentally, to attain true enlightenment. The ignition is in the car not outside the car. Real enlightenment is within each one like the pupil is in the eye. It’s unpredictable as of now to know when one will get complete enlightenment, but it’s easy to predict that one is on the right way to enlightenment if he is able to control his mind. The source of enlightenment is hidden in you and the power to unveil is within your reach.
