“Everyone talks about the importance of face value”, said a lady with proper english. She had acid scars on her face and was selling balloons on a Diwali day in 2015. A boy in her neighborhood threw acid on her face and husband abandoned her with two kids after that. She was working as a security in-charge but they removed her after the incident. The lady’s inner cry moved the young 32 year old Akash Bhardwaj. So he decided to provide better employment opportunities people like her.

Akash owns a Khass agency in New Delhi which organizes domestic and international tours for corporate organizations, schools and colleges, industrial tours, family trips etc. Today his travel agency has six women employees all of them are visually impaired. He says that the women he works with are talented and determined. They are not looking for sympathy they want to crack the deals based on their hard work. He will be soon hiring his next batch of fifteen employees and train them.

The world is not dangerous because of those who do harm but because of those who look all without doing anything - Albert Einstein. I believe it’s disgraceful if a human does not mirror his inner nature, as when a mirror does not mirror then unusable. Remember keeping our humanity is always a choice. You know the secret! It takes many hands to build dynasty, but it takes only one heart to build humanity. Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see; the deed of Akash Bhardwaj is a lesson.

“We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone”
